July 30, 2009Two of my cousins came to town from Missouri on vacation. Heather is getting ready to go into her senior year in high school. She wanted some unique to Missouri senior portraits so we headed out to the Ventura Pier for some beach shots. She brought her big sister Emily to help, and also be in a few. I have to admit being around those two made me feel really old. It seems like just yesterday I was that young, but my life has changed so much since those days. It was so nice to get to know Emily and Heather a little better. I know they are family, and I’m a little biased, but I think they are some of the most adorable girls I’ve ever met, both inside and out.
Heather has the best laugh. I saw it a lot that night.
I just love to see family love like this. It reminds me of my cute little sisters, and all the fun we have together.

You sure took what might have been a boring location, gray color….bird stuff on the railings and with those two beautiful girls and their bright colored outfits, made it look really awesome (I know the word is overused but….). A family that you recently photographed forwarded your link to me and I am very impressed.

The photo’s of Heather and Emily are so great. I can’t wait to see the others. I love their vibrant shirt colors with the soft colors of the beach. Great job. You really have a talent!
