All Smiles at Six Months

Do you know how hard it is to get babies to smile back at you with a mask on? It’s definitely NOT easy. Lucky for me these two cuties were all smiles in their backyard celebrating their 6 month birthdays.

Twice the Fun

These sweet little girls were a dream to photograph. Twins may be more difficult because there are two instead of just one to manage, but I just love how they calm each other down. Being close to each other settles them more than I can with my own tricks. I love seeing their own distinct personalities. You can see the their sister is not sad about her role as big sister. She charmed me so much I would have been happy to take her home with me. Twins sure are twice the fun.

Two Times the Fun

I typically photograph newborns within the first 2 weeks after they are born. These sweet little guys had a rough start that included many weeks in the NICU, so that by the time they were healthy enough for photos they were already a couple months old. Their adorable chubby cheeks and big beautiful eyes won me over. Twins definitely are two times the fun.

2018 in Review

It is so fun to look back over the year as it comes to an end. 2018 was a record year for Julie Campbell Photography. It was my 11th year in business, and I feel so fortunate that my business has not only lasted this long, but grown each year. Here are the images from all of the sessions I’ve been given permission to share in 2018. I respect my client’s privacy, and many of them opt to keep their images private. Thank you to all of you who trust me to be your photographer. I am so grateful for you. Happy New Year! I hope I’ll see you again in 2019. Scroll down to see the images, or click play.

Fresh From Heaven

Every newborn that I photograph has a story before they even arrive. Some come after their parents have tried for years and years to have a baby. Some come unexpectedly or after years of planning. Then there are those who are adopted bringing unspeakable joy to their new families. Some babies are the first ones in their families, and some are the fifth with lots of brothers and sisters. Every single one is a little bit different, and always so precious and beautiful in their own way.

This post has pictures of tow newborn sessions. This little beauty is the second baby I’ve been fortunate enough to photograph from this family. Her big sister has the most adorable little personality, and those curls! I don’t know how her mom ever says no to her.

Just weeks before this little angel was born her big brother was adopted from the foster care system. Now is he so blessed with a beautiful little sister. He’s a little bundle of energy, and so much fun! I know his new sister will want to do everything with him.
